If you don't collect your order in time it will be sent back to us. We will cancel that order after receiving and refund (the shipping price is not included).
Storage life usually lasts for 30 days
This rule also works in all situations, when your don't get your parcel because of border problems or post cancellation. The claim should be sent to your local postal service.
If your pack is lost and tracknumber has not been updated for more than 30 days (for regular shipping), we will gladly make 100% refund (shipping cost is not included).
